The hotel was the biggest in Amsterdam with a free shuttle service to the airport, which was really convenient. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, including hot and cold foods, fruits, cereals, and yogurts. The spacious room had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel room we stayed in was a bit outdated and could use some renovations. The cleanliness of the room was not up to par, as we found some hairs on the bed and in the bathroom.
